Daniel Hirsh

Daniel Hirsh is the CEO and co-owner of Preneuriat, a strategic growth partner for ecommerce brands in Israel and abroad. Preneuriat joins a brand as a partner rather than a supplier: store, paid media, creative, strategy and day-to-day operations, paid on a base plus a share of the growth it creates.

Daniel runs the client work and the company's own ecommerce brand, White Space, where every method Preneuriat recommends is tested first with the company's own money. He built the measurement discipline behind the live dashboard: store revenue divided by all media spend, updated all day, for every client.

He writes here about what the numbers from real stores say: measurement, promotions, Shopify, and how to choose a growth partner.

Hero products: what they are, what they really do for a store, and what they do not

Every growth playbook says the same thing: find your hero products and put everything behind them. We opened 31.5 thousand orders to see what heroes actually do. They carry the revenue, open the door to new customers and fill bigger baskets. They do not, on their own, bring customers back.

What is ecommerce? Meaning, types and how it works, with real numbers

Ecommerce is easy to define and harder to run. This guide covers what it means, how an order travels from the first click to the doorstep, the main types of ecommerce, what a business needs behind the store, and what 42.6 thousand real orders show about how online stores make and grow their revenue.

How to build an ecommerce website: what it is made of, what to build first, and what to set up on day one

Most guides to building an online store start with picking a theme. We start with the data: 42.6 thousand orders in online stores we grow show where sales come from, when they arrive and who comes back. The build order follows from that: which pages first, how many products to launch with, what to set up on day one, and what it costs in money and time.

Shopify in Israel: the guide built on real store data

There was no guide to Shopify in Israel written from the data of Israeli stores, so we wrote one. We opened 27.3 thousand orders from Israeli Shopify stores over nine months of 2026: where orders come from, at what hour and on which day, at what discount, to which cities, and what to know before moving from Wix or WooCommerce.

Shopify vs WooCommerce: why move, what it costs you, and when to stay

Shopify vs WooCommerce is the question we hear most from store owners who have already been told to switch and are not convinced. This is the article we send them: what breaks on a WooCommerce store over the years, what Shopify changes structurally, what it really costs, who should stay put, and six questions that settle the decision in a minute.

How much does Google Ads cost? What Israeli stores paid in 2026

Google Ads has no price list, but it does have what stores actually pay. We opened the data of Israeli online stores, 467 thousand clicks over nine months of 2026: what a click costs, what stores spend a month, and what an order costs.

Real ROAS & measurement

What is a good ROAS? Real vs reported ROAS, blended ROAS and MER

ROAS is the number every ad platform reports and every ecommerce brand argues about. We set what Meta and Google reported against what online stores actually sold over nine months of 2026. Together, the two platforms took credit for 106% of everything the stores sold.

How much do Facebook ads cost? What Israeli stores paid in 2026

There are two answers to what Facebook and Instagram ads cost. We opened the data of Israeli online stores, 94 million impressions over nine months of 2026: the price of an impression is nearly the same in every store. The price of an order is not.

How to increase average order value: what 42,570 orders show

Most advice on raising average order value is a list of tactics. We opened 42,570 orders from online stores to see what the basket actually looks like, and which levers the data really supports.

Shopify payment gateways in Israel: five providers, and the fee most stores miss

Shopify Payments does not operate in Israel, so every Israeli store connects a local payment provider. We went through the official pages of five providers and of Shopify itself on 29.9.2026. The important finding is not the difference between the providers. It is an extra fee Shopify charges on top of all of them.
