Browsing this website, purchasing and downloading digital products constitute full acceptance of, and agreement to, the terms set out below.

1. Definitions

• "Fixed product": a ready-made digital file (for example a Canva template, PSD file or ad package) sold AS-IS.
• "Custom product": an existing product that undergoes graphic or content modification per the purchaser's requirements (logo placement, colors, text).
• "Purchaser": an individual, business or corporation making a purchase on the website.
• "Download": receipt of a link or file after payment is completed (or after customization is completed).
• "Usage license": a non-exclusive permission to use the product for the purchaser's marketing or business purposes, as set out in section 7 below.

2. Prices and payment

• 2.1 All prices on the website do not include VAT; VAT is added at checkout.
• 2.2 Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, by credit card, Bit or PayBox (as shown on the secure payment page).
• 2.3 Once the transaction is approved, an automatic email is sent with the order confirmation and a download link (or a status update for a custom product).
• 2.4 A digital tax invoice or receipt is issued according to the purchaser's details immediately upon payment approval.
• 2.5 The company may update prices, offer coupons, or discontinue any product at its discretion.

3. Delivery and downloads

• 3.1 Fixed product: the download link is provided immediately upon payment approval.
• 3.2 Custom product: the company will make contact within 2 business days to collect materials; the final file is delivered within up to 7 business days from the date all materials were provided.
• 3.3 It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is valid and can receive files.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• 4.1 In accordance with section 14C(d)(1) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a digital product that can be copied, recorded or reproduced is non-returnable once access to the file has been provided.
• 4.2 Accordingly, once a download link has been made available (or customization work has begun), no cancellation is possible and no refund will be given, unless a technically defective product was delivered and the fault cannot be resolved within 3 business days.
• 4.3 In the event of a technical fault in a file, the purchaser must report it immediately and will receive technical assistance free of charge.

5. Warranty and support

• 5.1 All products are delivered AS-IS. The company does not warrant that the files will suit the purchaser's needs beyond what is stated on the product page.
• 5.2 The company provides basic technical support (opening a file, resolving download errors) for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• 5.3 Additional customization, further design changes or integration with third-party systems are not included and may require a separate quote.

6. Limitation of liability

• 6.1 The company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, financial or reputational, arising from the use of the products.
• 6.2 The products are intended for digital marketing use; sole responsibility for the content, the manner of publication, and compliance with advertising laws, copyright and platform regulations rests with the purchaser.
• 6.3 The company does not warrant that any business results, sales or conversions will result from using the templates.

7. Usage license and intellectual property

• 7.1 Upon completion of payment, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, with no resale rights, to use the product for the needs of their own business, brand or direct client.
• 7.2 Sharing, selling, distributing or making the product available to third parties, whether for consideration or not, is prohibited.
• 7.3 The copyright and intellectual property in the original file and its underlying assets remain the property of the company.

8. Privacy and data security

Payment data is fully encrypted (SSL). Credit card details are not stored on our servers. Personal information (name, email) is kept in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and is used only for delivery, service and, with the purchaser's consent, marketing.

9. Changes to these terms

The company may update these terms at any time; the updated version will be published on the website and will apply from the moment of publication.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the products are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
